Feral Interactive’s latest console/PC port has now made its way to the Mac App Store in the form of GRID 2 Reloaded Edition. Originally released on PC and consoles, the Codemasters developed title was a successor to the original GRID title and designed to hit the sweet spot between frantic arcade racing and realistic simulation.

This time around, players will be entering the “World Series Racing” league in a series of mountain road duels, drifting competitions in the city and full out “high-speed races on renowned GP circuits.” Locations include Californian coastal roads, Japanese mountain trails and European city streets and more.
Immerse yourself in every race with incredible graphics, spectacular lighting, realistic sound design and advanced AI that takes risks, makes mistakes and is as committed to the win as you are.
There are 70 vehicles to master including “supercharged muscle cars, agile open-wheel racers and cutting-edge sports vehicles.” The Reloaded Edition comes with all the additional content that was attached to GRID 2 originally like 20 additional cars from well known manufacturers such as Aston Martin, BMW and McLaren. You’ll also find other extra content available at the price of admission here like the Demolition Derby event and famous tracks like Spa Francorchamps.
Multiplayer is available here as well with head-to-head split-screen racing and online cross-platform sessions with matchmaking. Checkout the multiplayer trailer below:
GRID 2 Reloaded Edition is available now the Mac App Store for $44.99.
