Leatherman is going to put out a wearable multi-tool with a Swiss watch

Multi-tools are a must have for any Wilderness Explorer. The problem is that they aren’t any good if you forget it or in the case of Leatherman’s President, Ben Rivera, it gets you denied from the happiest place on earth. But this summer these issues will be a thing of the past. From afar, the Leatherman Tread looks like a beefed up metal watch band. Look a bit closer and you’ll notice that each link is actually a functional tool. It includes a cutting hook, screwdrivers, box wrenches, glass breaker, and a bottle opener. There are 25 tools in all. It’s even TSA-compliant.

To add even more functionality, while making the Tread appear more inconspicuous, Leatherman will also sell a version with a Swiss-made timepiece.

Pricing is set to start at around $150. Too much moola for ya? The best selling Leatherman Multi-tool on Amazon checks in at less than $30.
