Update: Prices back to normal
Yesterday we saw Best Buy step up and offer $125 off each version of the current generation, ultra-thin, iMac computers, bringing the lowest prices ever for these models. Now Amazon is throwing their hat in the ring and has matched this pricing, offering an entry level iMac 21.5″ for only $1,175 and a 27″ for only $1,675. All models ship free but Amazon Prime members get free 2 day shipping. Act fast, Best Buy’s deal ends in a couple hours, there is no telling when Amazon will pull the plug on these historically low iMac prices.
