Outlaw Tracker is a limited edition Porsche-inspired eBike with killer looks

Inspired by old school Porsches, the Vintage Electric Outlaw Tracker might just be our favorite electric bike ever. With killer styling and enough juice to get from point A to B, this beauty does it all. Good luck getting your hands on one of these, however. Vintage Electric is only offering 50 units at launch.

Made in conjunction with Rod Emory, famed Porsche rehabber, who was brought in to craft this one-of-a-kind electric bike. The collaboration has resulted in a unique two-wheeler that not only shines as a commuter, but is sure to draw attention of anyone on the road, as well.

Vintage Electric has put a lot of thought into its Outlaw Tracker, starting with the engine. We’re big fans of alternative transportation across the 9to5 network and this new beauty certainly caught our eye.

The Outlaw Tracker ships with two riding modes: street and race, which top out at 20 and 35MPH. Likewise, range varies by usage but typically riders can expect around 35 miles on a full charge. The entire thing is powered by a 3,000-watt rear hub motor that is in compliance with both US and EU standards.

Obviously the show-stopping feature here is the design. Vintage Electric has gone out of its way to take visual cues from Porsche without making a product that feels cheesy or like a knock-off. Painted in a Carrera Silver scheme, Vintage Electric hits all of the proper visuals that bridges the gap between vintage and modern day tech.

We love the front Emory-inspired bucket headlight that has a unique mesh grill that protects the LED light inside. Like any good design, there is no exposed wiring to detract from the looks.

Rounding out the laundry list of features is a 203mm front hydraulic disc brake system from Shimano, one of the most trusted names in the game. Vintage Electric says it went for an oversized breaking system in comparison to other similar bikes on the market for “optimal breaking power” at top speeds. The Outlaw Tracker sports Schwalbe Fat Frank tires that are made of KevlarGuard, which helps prevents flats.

As we mentioned off the top Vintage Electric is only producing 50 of these Porsche-inspired beauties. The price tag is set to $7,000, which feels very fair given the components and styling involved here. Outlaw Tracker is available for purchase today direct from the manufacturer and will only be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
