From $199

Update 7/23 @ 7:0 PM: Amazon offers the LG 29-inch 1080p UltraWide Monitor with FreeSync and HDR10 for $229 shipped (Reg. $270). Rated 4.3/5 stars.

B&H Photo offers the LG 29-inch 1080p UltraWide Monitor with HDMI + DisplayPort for $199 shipped. Originally around $400, Amazon third-party sellers now have it listed for around $265. The last time we saw this monitor go on sale was at $180 for Mother’s Day, but nothing since then. UltraWide is the only way to go these days in my opinion, and I can’t imagine going back to a regular monitor at any time. Rated 4.4/5 stars.

Also on sale at Newegg is the Acer 27-inch 1440p Monitor with HDMI and DisplayPort for $229.99 shipped when code EMCPWRS23 is used at checkout (Reg. $250).

LG 29″ UltraWide Monitor features:

  • In-Plane Switching (IPS) Technology
  • HDMI + DisplayPort Inputs
  • 2560 x 1080 FHD Screen Resolution
  • 1,000:1 Static Contrast Ratio
  • 250 cd/m² Brightness
  • 178°/178° Viewing Angles
