With the Overwatch League eSports Grand Finals right around the corner, Blizzard is celebrating by offering a copy of its hit title at no-cost. That’s right, you can dive into Overwatch on PC for FREE right now. So if you haven’t jumped into the popular team-based first-person shooter yet, now’s your chance. Head below for all the details on scoring yourself a free copy of Overwatch.

Celebrate Overwatch League finals with a free copy of the game

Having launched back in 2015, Overwatch is a team-based FPS that has you playing as one of 32 unique heroes with various abilities. The game originally fetched $60, but has since been selling for $20 recently and only seeing cash price cuts every now and again. But of course, with Overwatch going free, we’ve never seen a discount this deep before. So safe to say if you still haven’t given this game a shot yet, now’s your best chance.

In order to secure yourself a free copy of Overwatch, just head over to this landing page and fill out the form. Overwatch League themselves are offering the digital copy, and they note that you’ll receive a download code for the game within 72-hours. It can be redeemed on PC only through the Battle.Net client.

On top of the free copy of Overwatch, you’ll also receive 200 Overwatch League tokens which can be used in-game to score yourself some cosmetics inspired by the various teams in the competitive eSports league. And with this being celebration of the Grand Finals this year, you might as well spend them on one of the top four teams in the tournament, like the San Francisco Shock.

Speaking of free games, earlier we got word that Need for Speed Payback and Vampyr would be this month’s PlayStation Plus freebies for October. You can read all about how to add these titles to your library without spending a dime right here, but then be sure to swing by our apps and games guide for even more deals.
