Today Square-Enix has taken the stage, detailing some of its new releases as well as unveiling a slew of all-new titles. We’ve got the full scope of today’s announcements alongside trailers, preorders and more, which you’ll all find below.

Shadow of the Tomb Raider |

This year’s showcase event started with a thrilling new cinematic opening alongside gameplay footage. Shadow of the Tomb Raider introduces high-intensity cutscenes as well as some unique stealth combat and more. Director of the project Daniel Chayer-Bisson notes that the title’s setting and gameplay means you’ll quickly “become one with the jungle” as you explore.

Shadow of the Tomb Raider is said to be the most indepth title in the series so far, with more tombs to explore than ever before and deadlier traps, foes and encounters to navigate. The game will be hitting consoles on September 14th.

DRAGON QUEST XI: Echoes of an Elusive Age |

The latest Dragon Quest title is officially on the way, with Echoes of an Elusive Age coming later this year on September 4th. The high fantasy adventure game got an all-new trailer which showcases the title’s characters and more. Square-Enix also debuted an all-new title in partnership with PlatinumGames that takes players into the medieval-themed world of Babylon’s Fall. Aside from the cinematic trailer they showed, not much has been released about the title other than it’ll be coming sometime in 2019. This is one I’ll definitely be keeping my eye on through the rest of the year and into next.
